Refund policy

All Sales Are Final

Due to the collectible nature of trading cards and hobby products, all sales are considered final unless specifically covered under this policy.

At Lovo Games, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on merchandise purchased in-store or online unless we shipped the wrong item, the item arrives damaged during shipping, or there is a verified manufacturer defect. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery or pickup so we can review your request.

We understand that issues can occasionally happen. If an error was made on our end, we'll work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Singles

Due to the rapidly changing nature of the trading card market, all single card sales are final.

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Changes in market value
  • Card bans or restrictions
  • Card reprints
  • Buyer's remorse
  • Deck changes
  • Tournament results

If we shipped the wrong card or significantly misrepresented its condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.

Sealed Products

All factory-sealed products are final sale.

Opened products cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Booster Packs
  • Booster Boxes
  • Elite Trainer Boxes
  • Collection Boxes
  • Tins
  • Bundles
  • Starter or Structure Decks
  • Any item with broken or removed factory seals

 

 

Order Issues

If you receive an incorrect item, your order arrives damaged, or an item is missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled before they have been shipped or prepared for pickup.

Once an order has shipped or has been picked up, the sale is considered complete and cannot be canceled.

Preorders and special orders may be subject to cancellation fees or may be non-refundable.

Buylist, Trades & Store Credit

All buylist transactions, trade-ins, and purchases made with store credit are final.

Once payment or store credit has been issued, the transaction cannot be reversed.

Tournament & Event Entries

Tournament entry fees, event registrations, and reserved event seats are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by Lovo Games.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by applicable law.
